Welcome to Settler's Point Homeowners Association

We are located on the north side of Warner Rd, just east of Gilbert Rd. We are a beautiful family community with 203 homes. Settler's Point has a large community park with a tot play area and nearby schools.
 

Movie in the Park

The social committee is hosting Movie Night in the park!
